Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to ethical sourcing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any purchases.


2. Damaged or Defective Items


We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
● A clear description of the issue
● Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Our team will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement if the
damage is verified as a manufacturing defect. No refunds will be issued.


3. Order Cancellations


Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


4. Exceptions


We do not offer returns or refunds for:
● Change of mind
● Incorrect orders placed by the customer
● Variations in color, texture, or minor imperfections, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products
