Every piece from Indigenous Elegance is created with intention.
All orders are processed through a weekly production cycle to ensure quality and care in every garment.
Orders close every Tuesday at 11:59PM for that week’s dispatch.
All orders are dispatched on Wednesdays.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time of your order for your item to be shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

We ship using NZ Post for reliable and tracked delivery.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and NZ Post delivery schedules.
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier timelines or unforeseen circumstances.

Australia Shipping
We currently ship to Australia.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is under the care of the shipping provider.
Indigenous Elegance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
